What browsers does LibraryH3lp support?!

For the guest-facing chat box, we support everything (Microsoft and non-Microsoft) as far back as IE11, including mobile. The chat box is written in HTML and JavaScript. The sound is HTML5 and so natively supported by modern web browsers without the need for plugins or extensions.

For the the operator-facing webclient (chat staffing) interface, we support IE11 and recent versions of Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.  If you wish to staff LibraryH3lp on a mobile device, we recommend using a mobile app with good push notification support.

For the the dashboard (management) interface, we support IE11 and recent versions of Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
